“We had an incredible mindfulness session. The scenery is beautiful, the mindfulness exercises are very helpful, and Alexandra is so kind and accommodating in every way… like a good friend. She also gave us additional tips and recommendations for places to visit.”

Susanne, Berlin, Germany

"Many thanks again for the very informative and wonderful days in Mallorca. I’m already looking forward to the weekend, when I’ll have time to go over the materials again."

Andreas, Heidelberg, Germany

I would like to sincerely thank you for the many methods, techniques, and materials we received from you.

I have already tried out one or two techniques at school: between my morning and afternoon classes, I went for a walk, enjoyed the sunshine, listened to the wind and the birds, took deep breaths, and walked in rhythm with my breathing. I felt refreshed, which made it easier for me to get into the right mindset for my afternoon math class. :-)

I am very happy that I was able to participate in the course you led!

Thank you very much for everything!

Erzsébet, Hungary

Your Trainer

About Alexandra

I guide teachers in reconnecting with themselves.

Many teachers dedicate themselves wholeheartedly to their students every day—often putting their own needs aside in the process.

In my retreats, I aim to create a space where you can leave your daily routine behind for a few days. It is a place where peace, mindfulness, and personal growth can flourish, allowing you to recharge and find new energy for your professional and personal life.

As a certified mindfulness trainer, meditation teacher, and systemic coach, I have spent years helping people reduce stress, gain inner clarity, and create lasting changes in their daily lives.

Why I work specifically with teachers

Teaching is one of the most demanding professions there is. High levels of responsibility, the need for constant presence, time pressure, and emotional strain characterize the daily lives of many teachers.

That is precisely why this group is so close to my heart. I want to support teachers in prioritizing their own health and well-being just as much as that of their students.

It is not about becoming even more high-performing; rather, it is about teaching and living with greater serenity, joy, and self-care in the long run.

Why mindfulness?

To me, mindfulness is far more than just meditation.

It helps us pause, become more aware of our own needs, and act with greater clarity and composure, even in challenging situations.

The methods I teach are practical for everyday life, scientifically grounded, and designed to be integrated into a busy school schedule.

Why Mallorca?

Mallorca offers the ideal setting to step back from the daily grind.

The Mediterranean climate, the natural surroundings, and the profound tranquility of many locations create an environment where relaxation often comes more easily than at home.

This setting does not replace personal change—it supports it. That is why I combine the island’s inspiring atmosphere with a clearly structured, professional course program, ensuring that the retreat experience has a lasting impact even after you return to your everyday life.

"My goal is to share  a fantastic week with you — filled with insights and tools that will support you in your daily school life long after the retreat ends."

FAQ

Do I need to know how to meditate?

No. The retreat is suitable for both beginners and those with meditation experience. All exercises are guided step-by-step and can be adapted to your personal needs. It is not about doing something "right," but rather about gaining new experiences and discovering what works best for you personally.

Do participants arrive alone?

Yes—most participants arrive on their own. Many consciously use the retreat as a personal getaway. The small group size quickly fosters an open, trusting atmosphere, making it easy to strike up conversations with others. Of course, there is also plenty of space for solitude and time to yourself.

How large is the group?

We intentionally work in small, international groups of no more than 14 participants. This ensures ample room for personal interaction, individual guidance, and a relaxed learning atmosphere.

How good does my English need to be?

The retreat is conducted in English and is aimed at international teachers. However, you do not need to speak perfect English. The content is presented in clear, easy-to-understand language, and many participants are not native speakers themselves. What matters most is a willingness to engage with the shared experience.

Can I extend my stay in Mallorca?

Yes, absolutely. Many participants combine the retreat with a few extra days of vacation before or after the course. Alcúdia and Palma are particularly suitable locations for this, as accommodation and travel arrangements can be made independently. We would also be happy to provide recommendations for accommodation or places to visit in Mallorca.

How does Erasmus+ funding work?

Our retreats qualify for funding as teacher training under the Erasmus+ program. Once you submit an inquiry, you will receive all the necessary course information and the documents required for your funding application. We are, of course, happy to assist you if you have any questions about the process. It is helpful if you include your full name, address, phone number, email, Erasmus+ project number, and your school's name and address when making your inquiry.

What is included in the course price?

The course fee is €480 per person and covers participation in the retreat, including all online sessions, workshops, mindfulness and meditation sessions, course materials, and a certificate of participation.

Accommodation, meals, flights, and other travel arrangements vary depending on the location and booking option. You can find full details in the description of the specific retreat or receive them upon request.
